Planning to rent a temporary studio to accomplish your artistic plan in a time window ? Be prepared to face some characteristic details : 1 you pay them rent for 30 days. 2 before you are in, they ask you to give away your first 5 days from your payed 30 days FOR SOMEBODY MORE IMPORTANT ARTIST THAN YOU THAT IS IN BEFORE YOU. 3 while you are in, they come to make repairs for 5 days during your payed 30 days. With their own keys. Without ringing the doorbell. FOR SOMEBODY MORE IMPORTANT ARTIST THAN YOU THAT IS COMING IN AFTER YOU. 4 they say : show us your good attitude and charming personality and help us make repairs. During your stay, surely you can work some for a good cause, for free, to keep this studio in good shape and available FOR MORE IMPORTANT ARTISTS THAN YOU. 5 you get the flu during your stay. They see how ill you are, but NOBODY asks : do you need help, I can buy food also for you, I go shopping anyway, no problem ! 6 a week before your payed 30 days are over, they will ask you : when are you leaving ? Why should they think that you are going away before your payed 30 days ? THE MORE IMPORTANT ARTIST THAN YOU PLANS TO COME IN EARLIER ! 7 as you are leaving, they will say that you have flaws in your soft character and a working artist may not be that flexible to demands from the outside and you should be MORE RUDE TO PERSONS LESS IMPORTANT THAN YOU. 8 as a conclusion of your stay, you tell them, that this working period of 30 days did not quite go as you planned, and they will say : you cannot expect to succeed every time.
